Job Description

Lead, operate and manage projects and M&A transactions as the company grows including but not limited to: analyzing M&A deals, meeting owners, setting up systems, growing our network, engaging with new prospects, sales & marketing efforts across multiple platforms, and execute on any consulting projects. Our consulting efforts involve supporting business owners strengthen their foundations for freedom and leverage to scale or ultimately sell their business if they decide.

Mentoring Objectives & Scope

I want to help students expand their horizons. I hope to encourage them to try something new this year, don't let fear stop them, define, design a plan, and execute on at least one goal for the year.

As a mentor, I can support students in the following: 

- Resume review, interview prep, LinkedIn branding
- Career exploration, matching interests and talents with professions and industries
- Student transition from college to first professional role
- Building technical or subject matter expertise (hard skills)
- Improved communication and interpersonal skills
- Development of leadership skills, confidence, and executive presence
- Expanding a network, building connection, navigating an organization
- Helping entrepreneurial students define a business or product and business plan
- Career Pivot - transition to new role, career, and industry

When and where do you hold meetings with your students?

Hybrid (mix of in-person and virtual); on campus, near campus, or on the eastside. 

Additional Information

I'm all about win-wins, experience, and who you know. I'm a go-getter, and my husband has taught me to be creative when people say 'no'. There's always a way if you have goals you want to reach. (Books I recommend: 10x is easier than 2x, Atomic Habits by James Clear & Principles by Ray Dalio).
