I lead Business & Financial Operations for Microsoft’s Business & Industry Copilot (BIC) engineering team, where we power AI-driven innovation across business applications, low-code platforms, and autonomous agents.

My team enables engineering excellence by simplifying and scaling operations—so our developers can focus on building transformative technologies like Power Platform, Dynamics 365, and Copilot Studio. We drive core functions including budgeting, forecasting, reporting, vendor management, and headcount strategy.

Beyond operations, we invest in the future by leading University Recruiting, Intern Programs, and financial education initiatives to grow the next generation of talent. With a strong focus on automation and operational rigor, we bring clarity to data and streamline processes to maximize efficiency, impact, and customer value.

I've been at Microsoft for 20 years working on the Power Platform, Dynamics 365, HoloLens, Xbox, Windows, Office, and incubation projects in engineering, business, and marketing roles. Previously, I've worked at National Bank of Alaska, Washington Mutual and Activision-Blizzard.
