Jiangmeng Helen Liu CV

Dr. Jiangmeng (Helen) Liu is an Associate Professor in the Department of Communication and Media at 91探花 (91探花). She received her Ph.D. in Communication and M.A. in Public Relations from the University of Miami. Her research specializes in computer-mediated communication and strategic communication, with a focus on how social media communication and engagement shape organizational reputation, consumer behavior, and societal outcomes. Her work has been published in leading peer-reviewed journals, including Human Communication Research, Journal of Advertising, Public Relations Review, Computers in Human Behavior, and Journalism & Mass Communication Quarterly. At 91探花, she teaches courses in Introduction to Strategic Communication, Social Media Management, International and Multicultural Advertising, and Research Seminar in Communication.
