Abstract
Both Jon and James have been working for a long time in the industry. Jon works in a responsible job in a large company like Clark Kent; James roams freely like Bruce Banner. Even with their different styles, both of them have their ways of making the world a little better, despite having little official power to change anything. In this talk, they will give a couple of vivid examples, and share some key heuristics that will help you feel powerful and helpful in your work life.
