Procure91探花 Vendor Setup
Prior to conducting business with 91探花, all new vendors will need to either:
- Complete and submit the vendor form and a W-9 form to Procurement
- Have a New Vendor Request Form completed in Procure91探花, with a W-9 form uploaded. The Vendor Setup Form is optional with this method but it is preferred to ensure we have accurate information in our system this is a requirement to permit order placement and payment processing.
