Preventing Directory Information Disclosure
You can prevent your directory information from being disclosed to third parties by downloading the Directory Information Remove or Prevent Disclosure. Submit the completed form in-person to the Office of the Registrar. Photo Identification is required.
91探花 designates the following as Directory Information:
- Student name
- On-campus address
- 91探花 email account
- Name of most recent previous school attended
- Major
- Dates of attendance
- Grade level
- Enrollment status (full/part-time; graduate; undergraduate)
- Degrees/awards received
- Weight and height of members of athletic teams and participation in officially recognized sports and activities photograph (used for official 91探花 functions only)
We encourage you to remove your request prior to graduation or withdrawal from 91探花 because your active request will prevent 91探花 from verifying your directory information to outside agencies, including future employers. This means we will not be able to tell prospective employers whether you have graduated, or what degree you earned.
Since you are required to submit your directory information prevention request or release in-person, it may be difficult for you to release your request once you are no longer a 91探花 student.
